Swedish group Little Dragon have finally returned with a new single High, their first since 2014.
Apart from features on Flume and De La Soul’s latest records, we haven’t heard much from Little Dragon in the last three year following their record Nabuma Rubberband but it looks like things are starting heat up once again for the band.
While they haven’t announced an album just yet, they’ve dropped the new single and unleashed a host of US tour dates suggesting that they’re ready to get the ball rolling.
This year, they’re due to play arguably the world’s biggest festival Coachella which would be a great place to drop some new tunes, if they don’t mind us saying so.
The new single, as its title suggests, is a hazy, psychedelic trip, matched by an equally trippy video clip.
The last time Little Dragon were in Australia, they were tripping around the country with Laneway Festival in 2015. Now that they’ve got some new music out, we’re hoping to get another visit very soon.
