Are LIVE Teasing A New Australian Tour With Their Original Lineup?

UPDATE: It’s official — LIVE have now announced a 2017 Australian tour with their original lineup.

ORIGINAL STORY: American rockers and ‘Lightning Crashes’ hitmakers LIVE appear to be teasing a new Australian tour with their original lineup, which hasn’t toured the country since back in 2006.

Taking to social media today, the band have posted the map of Australia covered in the Australian flag — a strong hint that the band may be preparing to announce their triumphant return down under in the coming days or weeks.

LIVE’s newly reunited OG lineup — that’s Ed Kowalczyk (vocals, guitar), Chad Taylor (guitar, backing vocals), Patrick Dahlheimer (bass) and Chad Gracey (drums, percussion) — announced a world tour late last year, which has already hit Canada, Netherlands and North America, and will soon head to South Africa.

2017 also marks the 25th anniversary of LIVE’s debut album Mental Jewelry, and the band are currently writing and recording new music.

While we wait to see what they’ve got in store, stay tuned to Music Feeds for updates on possible lightning crashes down under.
