Machine Gun Kelly Says He’ll Release Two New Albums This Year

Machine Gun Kelly has apparently got two albums worth of new songs in the chamber and is set to pull the trigger on both this year:

We already know a bit about the first LP of the two. The rapper-turned rockstar previously announced the disc would be another guitar-heavy Travis Barker team-up and called ‘Born With Horns’.

We’ve already had our first taste of it as well, in the form of 2021 single ‘Papercuts’.

Speaking back in October, MGK explained: “Every album is a juxtaposition of the last album. So I went and studied Tickets [To My Downfall], and I heard the bright sound that I had, and for this [new] album I just turned the lights off,” (via NME).

He continued: “I’m not scared anymore, there’s nothing holding me back from being my true self – and my true self can’t be silenced, can’t be restrained. It’s a force, it’s like a hurricane. Can’t stop that, it just goes until it feels like stopping, and I don’t feel like stopping anytime soon.”

As for the 2nd album MGK has just teased as being on the horizon, we don’t have any other details about that one just yet, but we’ll bring you more news as it develops.
