Madonna shared a wild AF conspiracy theory earlier today in a since-deleted Instagram post. The video in question relayed already-debunked COVID-19 theories.
The post was flagged and hidden by Instagram for containing misinformation.
“The truth. Set us all free!” begins Madonna in the caption.
“But some people don’t want to hear the truth. Especially the people in power who stand to make money from this long drawn-out search for a vaccine. Which has been proven and has been available for months. They would rather let fear control them and let the rich get richer and the poor and sick get sicker,” she continued.
She then praised Dr. Stella Immanuel, who has previously been called out for repeating and agreeing with many false COVID cure claims, like Trump’s fave hydroxychloroquine one.
“This woman is my hero. Thank you Stella Immanuel,” she wrote.
Anyway, other than immediately being fact-checked and her post being hidden — see screenshots below — she was also roasted by a bunch of fans and artists.
