Maina Doe Releases New Single ‘Lucid Dreams’

Sydney-based singer-songwriter Maina Doe released a new single “Lucid Dreams” on the 14th of March. The song delves into the inner conflict between vanity and self-compassion.

Maina Doe explained the meaning behind her single. “Lucid is really about my own vanity. The need to be better than vs the happiness of accepting things the way they are. I don’t need to be the best version of myself all the time. Nobody does. It’s talking my vanity and saying – I see you, I forgive you and we’re cool.”
