The man who tragically lost his life at Adelaide’s Stereosonic festival yesterday has been revealed as 19-year-old Stefan Woodward.
Stereosonic have also today posted a message to their Facebook saying “We cannot express our concerns highly enough regarding the dangers of drug use. We have tragically lost two lives to drugs during our festival and whilst every effort has been made to protect you and keep you safe with our teams of professional medical and security staff, you as individuals need to make smart choices and understand the risks you are taking.”

Earlier in the day, another man was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital at midday after he suffered from a medical episode. It appears as though he also consumed an illicit substance and he remains in a critical condition in hospital.
Police are calling for anyone who may have any information that can assist Police with the investigation into either incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Police are preparing a report for the coroner.
