According to investigators, the victim and the attacker got into a fight inside the venue, at which point the latter pulled out a knife and began stabbing the former.

Police responded to the scene shortly after 10pm and found the victim outside the venue with serious injuries. He was rushed to the hospital and is currently in stable condition and thankfully expected to recover from his wounds.

36-year-old punter John Guerrero has been arrested in relation to the incident, on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Guerrero was identified by other gig-goers and taken into custody at the venue. Officers allegedly also found a knife in his possession at the time of his arrest.

He was booked into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on December 28th and released on a US $100,000 bond. Guerrero is scheduled for a court hearing on March 3rd.

Life Cycles have not commented publicly on the incident, nor has Paper Tiger

Incidentally, Australian rock icons Amyl & The Sniffers will be playing a sold-out show at the same venue this April.
