R&B Queen Mary J. Blige has announced that in addition to her 2017 Bluesfest set she’ll also be gracing us with her presence at two exclusive sideshows.
The 32-time Grammy winner will be bringing her inimitable presence and soul to shows in Sydney and Melbourne in April.
Blige was due in the country last year to play Soulfest and some sideshows, but the festival and all sideshows were ultimately cancelled, with promoters citing poor ticket sales.
Now you’ve got a second chance to catch Blige, whose fusion of hip hop, soul and R&B defined such a significant stretch of the ’90s.
Blige’s new album Strength Of A Woman is due out on 9th December. Catch all the details of her two Bluesfest 2017 sideshows, below.
