Not since Matt Hardy battled Edge in a steel cage has such a devastating leg drop been witnessed. When Miguel attempted to leap the pit at this year’s Billboard Music Awards he crashed down on the head of a female fan who then disappeared into the crowd and left us all wondering if she survived.
Apparently she has and, unsurprisingly, the young woman, known outside the squared circle as Khyati Shah, is thinking of taking legal action against the WWE Superstar R&B performer. Vip Bhola, Shah’s attorney at brawl, said Shah has experienced “difficulties” since her head was nearly taken off.
Bhola said that following the incident Shah was in “shock and star struck” (literally). At the time Shah was interviewed with only an ice pack on her arm but apparently her condition has worsened since Billboardmania 2013.
Shah’s attorney said if they do move forward with legal action they would be open to negotiating a settlement, explaining to E!, “We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers.”
