Muse Have Shared A New Acoustic Song Called ‘Something Human’ & Fans Are Crying

UPDATE: Muse To Release New Album In November, Share First Single ‘Something Human’

ORIGINAL STORY: Matt Bellamy has dazzled fans with a sneak peek of a brand new Muse song.

The multi-talented frontman shared a clip of himself performing the fresh acoustic ballad live in the studio, armed with nothing but a naked six-string.

“Hello, this is the first song I wrote after finishing the Drones tour and it’s called ‘Something Human’,” Bellamy says in the Instagram vid before launching into the crooning newbie.

After delving into stratospheric production on their recent album Drones and rock opera-style follow-up single ‘Dig Down’, it’s refreshing and captivating to hear Muse’s sound parred back to just an acoustic guitar and Bellamy’s powerhouse pipes.

And it’s definitely hit fans hard in the feels, with one sharing the clip on Twitter with the caption, “THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL I’M CRYING”.

Vibe-wise it’s reminiscent of the band’s 2006 song ‘Invincible’ off their their Black Holes & Revelations LP, except even more stripped back.

The full thing will apparently be out next week, but until then you can hear Bellamy busting it out live in the clip below.
