Music Feeds LIVE: Frank Sultana & The Sinister Kids Streaming This Monday

It’s clear when studying Frank Sultana & The Sinister Kids‘ list of influences — Skip James and Bob Dylan to Tom Waits and Nick Cave — that this band loves their soul, and there’ll be plenty of it when this motley crew comes into Music Feeds Studio for Music Feeds LIVE this Monday.

Frank Sultana & The Sinister Kids take pride in being able to meld the sounds of two of the most vibrant and important eras in music history — the great Mississippi delta bluesmen of the 1930s and the garage-bred abandon of the 1960s — so seamlessly, it’s as though they existed at once.

Their onstage skill has seen them open for such acts as The Snowdroppers, Mojo Juju, Brothers Grim, Kira Puru and the Bruise, Graveyard Train, Blackwater Fever, The Fumes, as well as serving as the main support act for Texan blues prodigy Gary Clark Jnr during his 2013 Aussie trip.

If you’re after some quality time with an incendiary blues rock act that know their roots as well as they know how to get people moving, tune in right here after 4:00pm AEDT Monday, 3rd February when Frank Sultana & The Sinister Kids enter Music Feeds Studio for a special performance.
