One Of These Massive Aussie Acts Could Be DJing Your Next Party, Courtesy Of OXJAM

ATTN: budding promoters and wannabe Van Wilder Party Liaisons.

You could win the choice op to have one of three MASSIVE Aussie acts perform a DJ set at your next bash, courtesy of OXJAM’s nifty new Win A Headliner competition.

Last year 12,000 partygoers attended more than 180 OXJAM gigs across the nation, raising thousands of dollars for Oxfam Australia’s work to end poverty.

And now, Oxfam’s month-long DIY charity festival is returning to our shores in August and giving three lucky DIY gig-makers the chance to have hip-hop allstars One Day, Brisbane indie-poppers Cub Sport or Sydney’s PVT man the decks at their very own OXJAM event, as well as scoring merchandise and tickets to an upcoming show.

All party starters also have the chance to score a brand new JB Hi-Fi DJ and acoustics packs valued at $500 each, which includes all the kit needed to throw the biggest box social of 2016.

Anyone can go in the running to become a bonafide gig-maker and go in the draw to snap up both prizes, all you gotsta do is head to the OXJAM website and register to host your own official OXJAM event.

Meanwhile, ARIA award winners, Megan Washington and Art vs Science have just been named as the first official OXJAM ambassadors, on board to show budding-bash throwers just how easy it is to get involved.

Check out the thigh-slappingly hilar launch vid below, featuring triple j’s Matt Okine, Bag Raiders, Basenji and Thandi Phoenix, plus Washington and Art vs Science.
