OneRepublic have started off the week with a massive tease for their Australian fans, confirming a one-off headline show but revealing not the whereabouts. The band will be taking to a stage somewhere in Sydney on Tuesday, 21st June.
Announced via Universal’s recently launched creative agency BRING in cahoots with Optus, the event will be immersive, featuring original content AND unique fan experiences. We guess you’ll actually have to get there to know more. The show will be the promo tour for their new slice Wherever I Go, and fans are being offered a pretty sweet deal of two tickets and a meet and greet with the band. To get amongst the action, you’ll need to throw your fate to the hands of chance and enter the ballot.
OneRepublic return Down Under in the name of the new track, which will populate their forthcoming album expected this year. The as-yet-untitled record will be picking up where 2013’s Native left off, that is with a surging Aussie following. The band toured off the back of the release which included a pretty special looking show at The Star in Sydney.
