P!NK Hospitalised In Sydney, After Cancelling Second Sydney Show

UPDATE: P!NK Cancels Third Sydney Show, After Returning To Hospital With Virus

ORIGINAL STORY: P!nk has been hospitalised after postponing her scheduled performance in Sydney tonight, and has been diagnosed with a gastric virus.

In a statement released by tour promoters Live Nation, it has been revealed the singer has been in and out of hospital over the past few days.

“On medical advice P!NK’s performance scheduled for tonight (August 6) at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena has been postponed,” the statement reads.

“Pink was admitted to St. Vincents Hospital in Sydney on Sunday night, suffering from dehydration. She was treated and discharged.

“She was readmitted to hospital today and diagnosed with a gastric virus.

“On medical advice Pink will remain in hospital overnight, continuing her treatment and recovery.

“A further announcement will be made when an update becomes available.”

This comes after P!nk had to postpone her first Sydney show last Friday due to a respiratory infection. She then came under criticism after being spotted on the beach at Byron Bay, but released a powerful statement hitting back at the haters.

P!nk is in the middle of a record-breaking Australian tour behind her 2017 album Beautiful Trauma. She has six Sydney, seven Brisbane and two Melbourne shows remaining on the tour.
