PREMIERE: SSHH’s New Video For ‘Rising Tide’ Is A Purple Electro-Punk Rave

SSHH, the electro-punk super-duo comprised of Zak Starkey (son of Beatles legend Ringo Starr) and charismatic Aussie frontwoman Sshh Liguz, have unleashed a brand new tune upon our ear sockets.

Dubbed ‘Rising Tide’, the throbbing popper comes packing a wild, inebriating pink & purple-punk rave of a performance video, which Sshh explains “relates to the song in the same way is that it’s about contradictions”.

“The raw, edgy, punky vibe of the video defies the electronic style of the music,” she says. “The song has a dancey feel in the recording but when we play it live, we are very much a punk rock band. There is anger in the happiness and a little hate in the love. At the end of the day, passion rules. We make music to Fight to (and fuck to)!”

Catch it premiering exclusively via Music Feeds below, and you can check SSHH performing a free headlining show live at Sydney rock den Frankies Pizza By The Slice this Sunday, 4th March, after wrapping up their tour supporting Primal Scream.
