Queens Of The Stone Age ‘The Vampyre Of Time And Memory’ Interactive Video Clip Preview

It may just be a brief preview, but at the end of the 1:12 long clip it becomes pretty obvious that something wicked this way comes, as Queens Of The Stone Age have prepared a creepy-as-balls music video for their latest single The Vampyre Of Time And Memory which will apparently be interactive.

Directed by Kii Arens and Jason Trucco, the level of professionalism and creativity is through the roof. Team them up with the Cadillac of men that is Josh Homme and shit gets real. In collaboration with The Creators Project, the small crowd of highly respected creatives have chosen an eerie mansion as their backdrop, filled with taxidermy and walls clad in elaborate portraits.

I can’t help by feel like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo right now, but are those p-p-portraits m-m-moving?

The full clip for the track, lifted from the bands current album …Like Clockwork, is expected to be released Wednesday, 30th October so fortunately we won’t have too long before we find out just what QOTSA have been plotting.
