SBTRKT has released a slick new track Good Morning featuring R&B producer The-Dream.
This is the UK producer’s first new material since he released the lone track FLAREtWO about a year ago.
Good Morning is decidedly R&B-flavoured, with a swelling synth and sweet lyrics about love. The music remains pretty subtle throughout, with some smooth SBTRKT beats toward the end.
On Monday SBTRKT pre-empted the release of the song with a coolly cryptic tweet which pictured a spooky landscape and the text “SAVE YOURSELF ’16.”

SBTRKT released his second album Wonder Where We Land in 2014, which also featured a bunch of collaborations, including with Raury and Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig.
