Sepultura Announce Australian Dates For Global Farewell Tour

Horns up, Australia – Sepultura are officially calling time on a monumental 40-year career, and they’re giving Aussie fans one last chance to say goodbye. The Brazilian metal titans have added Australia to their worldwide 40 Years Farewell Tour: Celebrating Life Through Death, touching down this March 2026 for their final ever shows on our shores.

After four decades of breaking boundaries, shifting global heavy-music culture and generally kicking the absolute shit out of every stage they’ve stood on, Sepultura have chosen to end things their way. And the demand has been wild – the global tour has already triggered venue upgrades, sellouts, and chaos across Latin America, Europe and the US. Now it’s our turn to join the send-off.

Sepultura – ‘Roots Bloody Roots’

Across 15 studio albums, 20-million-plus sales, 14 gold records, and tours through 80 countries, Sepultura cemented themselves as one of the most influential metal bands of all time. For the farewell run, the band is joined by 21-year-old drumming prodigy Greyson Nekrutman, and they’re hitting every corner of their catalogue. Even better – they’re recording 40 live tracks in 40 cities, building an epic compilation to immortalise this final chapter.
