sleepmakeswaves Announce 2016 Australian Tour

Sydney rockers sleepmakeswaves have announced a massive run of Australian headline dates, following their support duties for Cog.

With the band clocking up a 55-date, 22-country tour across the UK, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Australia in 2015, their 2016 show is undoubtedly super impressive and most definitely not to be missed. With sold out shows in Oz in July, sleepmakeswaves are also pumped to be supporting one of their all time favourite rock bands, COG.

“Our love for COG goes back a very long way. This is what we call a ‘bucket list’ tour and we’re very humbled and grateful to be along for a small part of the journey of one of Australia’s most influential rock bands.”

Following this run of support dates, they will be headlining their own shows in August with the likes of piano heavy Perth quartet Tangled Thoughts Of Leaving and US band The Contortionist.

sleepmakeswaves are nearing the end of a mammoth year of promoting their latest album Love Of Cartography, both here and in North America, which was Aria and J Award nominated. They will be smashing their latest single Traced in Constellations with its accompanying video.
