Spit Syndicate Announce Huge National Tour For New Album ‘Orbit’

Sydney hip hop duo Spit Syndicate have announced a lengthy 20-date national tour in support of their forthcoming fifth album Orbit.

Following the record’s release on 11th May, Spit Syndicate’s Jimmy and Lupi will be hitting the road for shows all around the country between May and July.

Orbit is the follow-up to last year’s One Good Shirt Had Us All Fly, and features guest appearances from the likes of Tuka, Turquoise Prince, imbi the girl and Kai (Jackie Onassis).

“Our approach to making this album was like a mixtape; we weren’t thinking about singles, radio or even how we’d be releasing the music,” says Jimmy.

“That allowed us to be weightless, almost childlike in our approach. We arrived back at the essence of why we started creating songs, for that reason this album is our best yet.”

Spit Syndicate have also unveiled Orbit track ‘Contraband & Conversation’ today, to go along with their album and tour announcement.
