For years, people have asked for this. Some said it would never happen, some called us that dared to dream fools. But the day has finally arrived – Splendour In The Grass have introduced an option for punters to pay off their festival tickets.
Yes, everyone knows that buying tickets to Splendour is a Hunger Games-esque battle royale that leaves thousands empty handed, but now those who are lucky enough to snag a ticket won’t have to fork out the $400 odd at once.
In a new ‘Time To Pay’ option, punters will be able to pay off their tickets in three monthly instalments. You just have to make sure to click the Payment Instalment Plan when you purchase your tickets.
This lines up with plenty of other major festivals around the world, like Coachella, Primavera and Glastonbury, so it’s glad to see Splendour joining the bandwagon and making the festival as accessible as possible to anyone who is interested in going.
On top of that, the festival has also announced its standard VISA Checkout Pre-sale. It kicks off 9am Wednesday, 10th April and you can register to be a part of that here.
