The Falls Festival 2015/2016 lineup is already sufficiently stacked but today organisers have given it an injection of local talent with a whole stack of Tassie’s finest up-and-coming acts joining the lineup for the brand new Homebrewed stage.
Running throughout the festival, the stage will allow punters the opportunity to discover new music across all genres from artists coming from around the state. Acts on the lineup include A. Swayze & The Ghosts, Ange Boxall Band, Jax, Soupy Mess, Wolf Arrow Rain and a stack more.
“It’s always exciting to see what new acts are around Tassie and projects like these provide artists with great experience and exposure,” said Festival Producer Paul Piticco.
The addition of these local artists follows Falls Festival Marion Bay’s previous lineup extension which included the likes of Josh Pyke, Ash Grunwald, Bag Raiders, Tiger Choir, Ben Walsh, Chicada and 18-year-old JB Seed winner Jesse Davidson who will all join previously announced acts Foals, Bloc Party, Disclosure, Hilltop Hoods and Courtney Barnett on the monster bill.

UPDATE 22/12/15: “Weird Al” Yankovic has cancelled his scheduled appearance at the Marion Bay leg of Falls Festival, citing “unforeseen logistical difficulties”.
