Steel Panther Are Looking For Their Next Bass Guitarist

It was the “end of an era” last month when Lexxi Foxx announced he was leaving Steel Panther. The bass guitarist parted ways with the band in order to pursue a career “making ugly dogs pretty”, so naturally, the band are now on the hunt for a new bass guitarist.

Foxx, real name, Travis Haley, was an original member of Steel Panther since the band’s inception in 2000.

The band are now holding auditions to find the next new member of the glam-metal group. In a video uploaded to their Facebook, they outlined a couple of requirements for the next bass guitarist, including needing to “be bitchin”.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, all you need to do is upload two videos to their Dropbox: one of a performance of a Steel Panther song on the bass guitar, and another explaining why you think you should be the new member of the band.
