Super Sundae Fundaze Fest Moved To Two Venues, Tickets Refunded

20th March’s Super Sundae Fundaze Fest, originally Sunday Fundaze, has been moved to two new venues.

The Newcastle festival, originally slated for the Newcastle foreshore, will now take place at two smaller venues, The Clarendon Hotel (which is where the festival existed in its original carnation for a decade) and The Cambridge Hotel.

The decision was made in light of logistical issues and the organisers’ concerns that hosting the event on the foreshore could “severely compromise their plans to deliver a unique, high-quality boutique festival-style event… with public safety and patron satisfaction among their highest priorities.”

Those planning to go along, don’t fear. The awesome lineup is still the same, with Carmada, Nina Las Vegas, Basenji, Elk Road, Paces, Porsches and Touch Sensitive set to appear at The Clarendon, while Seth Sentry, Art Vs Science, Jayteehazard, Kilter and others will rock out at The Cambridge.

According to the official press release all purchased tickets will be automatically refunded so if you have got a ticket, you might want to head to the website or Facebook page to keep up with new developments. You can contact the organisers via Sundae Fundaze’s contact page.
