Teenage Joans have returned with their first new music offering of 2025, a nostalgic-leaning slice of pop-punk dubbed ‘Sweet And Slow’.
Brimming with Hannah Montana energy, the track follows on from the Adelaide duo’s critically acclaimed 2023 debut album, The Rot That Grows Inside My Chest, as well as their recent collab with Between You And Me, ‘1800-PAINLESS’.
Teenage Joans – ‘Sweet And Slow’
“We love to refer to Sweet and Slow as our ‘Disney Channel’ song, as it emanates that early 2010s pop-punk sound,” vocalist and guitarist Cahli Blakers explains of the track.
“We brought this super catchy chorus we had written to Jayden Seely, who co-wrote the song with us. It was our first session with him, and the energy in the room was great—we all knew we were writing such a fun song.”
You can take the official music video for the track for a spin up above.
