The Amity Affliction Share Trailer For Mysterious New Project ‘Misery’

After teasing fans with a series of images on social media, Aussie metalcore crew The Amity Affliction have unveiled a trailer for a mysterious new project called ‘Misery’.

The trailer, which you can watch below, appears to tease a heist film starring Amity members Ahren Stringer, Joel Birch and Dan Brown, along with an extended cast.

According to the trailer, ‘Misery’ is written by Joel Birch and directed by British director Ryan Mackfall, who also helmed Amity’s music video for ‘All Fucked Up’.

Fans are already considering that the band might be about to reveal a short film, possibly with an accompanying concept album, but details of the project are yet to be officially announced.

Throughout this week, The Amity Affliction have been updating their social media accounts with photos of a black balloon in the shape of a love heart. Some fans have also received packages in the mail, including actual balloons and a note from the band:

Amity parted ways with longtime Ryan Burt earlier this year. The band released their latest studio album This Could Be Heartbreak in 2016.
