The Kid LAROI has officially wrapped up his monstrous F*CK Love era with a video accompaniment for his single ‘Still Chose You’ featuring producer Mustard.
The single featured on the third instalment of the era, titled F*CK LOVE 3+: OVER YOU, which he released back in July. The entirety of this first body of work spanned over a year in total.
In the video, Laroi sings his heart out in various different settings, while Mustard plays the piano.
Laroi confirmed the news via Instagram, where he removed all of his posts bar one, where he said he’d be signing off for the time being.
“I know [‘Still Chose You]’ is a fan favourite, so I felt that it was only right for that to be the video that finally closes the “Fuck Love” era,” he wrote.
“It’s been a wild year to say the least. Seeing the impact of the project about how it’s helped and changed so many people’s lives is fuckin’ beautiful – but also incredibly surreal.”
“Last week I went on a small vacation for the first time in a while. During that time, I started thinking, and I made the decision that I need to take some time away from everything and focus on the next project; my debut album.”
“I’m going to miss you all beyond words can describe, but I do believe that this is what I need to do to give you all the best music possible.”
