Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee has claimed that he was knocked unconscious by his 21 year-old son Brandon Lee.
TMZ originally reported that there was a domestic argument between Lee and his son. The story noted that Brandon hit Lee in the face giving him a fat lip as an act of self defence.
Lee has hit back on Twitter though saying that it was a random attack.
“My fiancé and I were in bed when my son busted into the room and assaulted me,” he wrote.
“I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He ran away from the police. THAT’S the truth.”
Following the incident, Lee posted a picture of his bloodied lip on Instagram and wrote, “My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you.”
He deleted the picture quickly after posting it.
Brandon has reportedly said that Lee was drunk at the time of the incident, however, he is yet to publicly address it.
Brandon is one of two children that Lee had with his former wife Pamela Anderson.
