Organisers of the inaugural Australian two day heavy music event, UNIFY Gathering, have released the 2015 festival’s ever important set times, allowing punters to plan their weekend of heavy music well ahead of time.
The 3000-capacity camping festival will take place over two days in January 2015 in South Gippsland, with a slew of Australian punk, hardcore and metal acts on the lineup.
The festivities will kick off with Earth Caller followed by acts like Storm The Sky, Buried In Verona, Deez Nuts, Thy Art Is Murder and In Hearts Wake, all set to take the stage on Day 1. Closing out the first day’s heavy roster will be the new-look Northlane followed by The Amity Affliction.
Day 2 will begin with a set from Sydney melodic hardcore crew Endless Heights and will continue with performances by Hellions, Hand Of Mercy, Confession and the festival will close with the recently re-united Break Even.
Festival gates will open at midday on Day 1, and again at an early 8am the next day. Bands like Northlane, In Hearts Wake and Deez Nuts will also hold signing sessions on the festival’s second day. The sold-out “punter-friendly” gathering is also set to feature live DJs, mini golf, a sports-field, chill out areas, street cart food, a late night cinema and both BYO and licensed areas.
