Watch Claptone’s Mysterious ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ Like A Version Cover With Slum Sociable

Enigmatic Berlin producer Claptone has tried his hand at triple j’s Like A Version with a dusky rendition of The Rapture’s 2011 jam How Deep Is Your Love (not to be confused with the 2015 Calvin Harris song of the same name).

Slum Sociable was also in the house to join in on vocal duties, even donning a creepy mask for added mysteriousness.

Unsurprisingly, the masked producer stood in the shadows for the duration of the performance, leaving SS’s mellow vocals and the dark, rich piano chords – played by a pair of gloved white hands – to drive the song.

Claptone is here in Aus as part of Stereosonic  and  while in the triple j studio, they also performed Claptone’s original track Puppet Theatre. Check out both performances, below.
