Watch Genesis Owusu & Cosmo’s Midnight Cover A Gorillaz Classic On ‘The Set’

ABC’s The Set is finally back for its highly anticipated second season, and after giving us a stellar first episode, they’re keeping the fire streak going with the stunning combo of Cosmo’s Midnight, Genesis Owusu and a classic Gorillaz jam.

The Sydney duo and Canberra rapper took to the stage to give us a slinky, oh so sexy version of 2005’s Dirty Harry, taken from taken from the legendary group’s seminal album Demon Days.

This makes it two for two as far as covers on The Set go this season, as last week Amy Shark, Thelma Plum and The Teskey Brothers gave an awesome rendition of ‘Valerie’, originally by The Zutons’ but made popular by Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse.

But there were plenty more performances to watch on this week’s episode, including Press Club performing their hit ‘Suburbia’ and Winston Surfshirt joining Cosmo’s Midnight for their collab ‘Get To Know.’

You can watch the ‘Dirty Harry’ cover below.
