Watch Josh Homme’s Bloody Cameo On British Comedy ‘Toast of London’

Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme has appeared on British sitcom Toast of London, playing himself in a storyline that involves infidelity, wooden instruments and the loss of a body part.

The show revolves around middle-aged actor named Steven Toast, as he navigates through the eccentricities of his life. In the final episode of the second series, Fool In Love, Homme guests as himself and can be seen scolding his bandmates for excessive swearing, unprotected sex, and implores them to abandon their electric instruments for wooden ones, which they’ll play in churches from now on.

“You think I’m kidding? I dare you to test me. I will strangle you with the hands that the good Lord gave me,” says a perturbed Homme in the episode, which you can watch in full below. Homme has previous appeared on TV show Tosh.0 and showed his comedy chops in Portlandia.

In an interesting twist, Homme’s wife in Toast of London is played by Morgana Robinson, who is the half-sister of musician Brody Dalle, Homme’s real life wife. Watch the full episode below. Josh Homme makes his cameo at the 17.30 minute mark.
