Prior to kicking things off tonight in the WA cap, the world’s least reclusive popstar caused a right stir with the town’s locals, after his peroxided mug was spotted casually pounding the pavement ’round the waterfront and taking his deck for a spin at Leederville skate park .

The Biebs also didn’t hesitate to flaunt his workout routine in broad daylight as stunned Perthians gawked on, busting out some chin-ups and sit-ups at a local playground and seemingly joining an elderly power-walking group on their afternoon route.
