Watch Post Malone Perform At Pokemon’s P25 Virtual Concert

A CGI Post Malone has put on a massive virtual concert to celebrate Pokemon’s —and his own— 25th birthday.

The livestream event, which premiered overnight via the Pokemon website, Youtube, and Twitch channels, sees a virtual Postie run us through a 13-minute set.

“I’ve been a fan for such a long time, kind of grew up with it,” Post Malone told Billboard ahead of the event.

“Celebrating 25 years is a big deal, so we decided to do it together.”

The concert opens with ‘Psycho’ in the Pokemon arena, which becomes ‘Circles’ as he travels through the Pokemon world on a patch of island.

‘Circles’ is followed up by the rapper’s new Hootie & The Blowfish cover, ‘Only Wanna Be with You’.

Post Malone heads into a bubble to take the performance underwater where he performs his take on the 1995 single.

He then closes the set with his 2017 single ‘Congratulations’.

It’s not the rapper’s first time in animation. He recently teamed up with Ozzy Osbourne for the ‘It’s A Raid’ video which sees the pair recreated in cartoon form.
