Official footage has emerged of a January Korn performance in London where the band were joined onstage by members of Slipknot to perform an explosive cover of the Beastie Boys classic Sabotage.
As as evident in the video below, Slipknot jumped onstage with Korn at London’s Wembley Arena a couple of weeks ago during their joint Prepare For Hell Tour which kicked off at Knotfest. While fan-shot footage of the cover has been making its way around the web for some time, today the bands have released professionally filmed video footage in all its HD glory.
Reports Blabbermouth, according to Slipknot’s Corey Taylor the idea for the cover came from Korn bassist Jonathan Fieldy. Prior to the London concert, Korn teased the collab with a photo from soundcheck on their Instagram page. See that below.
Korn were last in Australia for Soundwave 2014 and Slipknot will soon be here as one of the headliners for the festival’s 2015 instalment. Watch the epic performance below.
