WATCH: The Rolling Stones At Glastonbury

The Rolling Stones have made their Glastonbury debut and judging by the reactions from the crowd, it was a spectacular event. The punters were treated to over two hours of the Stones’ biggest hits, singing and dancing along with every word.

It was the first time that the legendary band had ever played the UK’s most eminent festival, which has acted as a rite of passage for countless bands since it began in 1970. Many of the cheering revellers in the crowd weren’t even born when The Rolling Stones first exploded onto the scene fifty years ago.

Over the two-hour-long set, the band satisfied the crowd with iconic hits from their extensive catalogue. Opening with Jumpin’ Jack Flash, the setlist ran the gamut from the early R&B stones of Midnight Rambler and the bar band blues of Can’t You Hear Me Knocking, to the psychedelic 2000 Light Years from Home and the disco-era hit Miss You.
