What So Not Release New Track ‘Touched’ For Free

With Field Day and Shore Thing engagements taking up their time during the holiday season, What So Not have decided to get Christmas presents out of the way early by presenting fans with a previously unheard track completely free of charge, titled Touched.

Touched, as Emoh explains, is a remnant from What So Not’s first session in Harley Streten a.k.a. Flume‘s bedroom three years ago, sparked by an idea conceptualised during their very first collaboration.

“Today we find ourselves back at home, together, after many months on the road from our various projects,” says Emoh. “Our core focus to finalise our forthcoming Singles, it feels symbolic that three years on we find ourselves coming full circle to finish this same song we started that very first day.”

Emoh continues, explaining that the release of Touched is a tribute to the fans that helped the pair escape the straight life in favour of international DJ tours and rocking the pop charts, writing:

“From my 9-5 desk job to now writing music & DJing around the globe. From his bed room ambitions to being the forefront of dance music subculture. We’re still two young dudes, that love the ocean, hanging with our friends in the city we’ve grown up in & hunting for things that inspire us.

“This song is for all you lovely people that have made our dream a reality. Following us, supporting us, buying tickets to our shows & most importantly your thirst for something a little different.”
