UPDATE: Falls Festival 2018/2019 Lineup Announced
ORIGINAL STORY: The highly-anticipated Falls Festival 2018/2019 lineup is just around the corner, with organisers revealing today that their new roster will be announced by the end of the week.
With a little help from a video of Michael Jordan (below), Falls organisers have confirmed their slam dunk of a lineup will be revealed this Friday morning, 31st August.
Earlier this month, Falls announced its all-important dates and locations for this summer’s events, which will take place in Lorne (Victoria), Marion Bay (Tasmania), Byron Bay (New South Wales) and Fremantle (Western Australia) between December and January.
Promoters also announced a range of new safety measures which will be implemented at this year’s festival, after a number of alleged assaults occurred at last year’s events.
Organisers may have also dropped some potential lineup clues with their 2018 South By Southwest party roster, which included the likes of Gang Of Youths, Dermot Kennedy, Stella Donnelly and Manchester indie-pop outfit Pale Waves.
The 2017/2018 Falls lineup featured the likes of Liam Gallagher, Flume, Glass Animals, Fleet Foxes, Run The Jewels, The Kooks and Angus & Julia Stone.
