Are Wu-Tang Clan Teasing A New Australian Tour?

UPDATE: Wu-Tang Clan Announce Australian ’36 Chambers’ 25th Anniversary Shows

ORIGINAL STORY: It looks like hip hop legends Wu-Tang Clan could be teasing a new Australian tour, after posters with a mysterious date were spotted in Sydney.

As Whatslively points out, the posters have gone up in the Sydney suburb of Newtown, and mention the date of Tuesday, 17th July 2018.

While this is the only poster we’ve seen so far, more could soon be popping up in other parts of the country.

It’s unclear if the posters are teasing an Australian tour, but Wu-Tang used a similar tactic back in December 2015, before eventually announcing their 2016 Australian tour.

The group haven’t been back to Australia since that tour, but GZA toured Australia in a solo capacity late last year, behind his latest solo album Pro Tools.

Wu-Tang released their latest album The Saga Continues in 2017, after Pharma bro Martin Shkreli purchased their one-off compilation album The Wu – Once Upon A Time In Shaolin for USD$2 million (and later broadcast some of it online).

If the group are teasing a new Australian tour, Music Feeds will have all the details as soon as they’re announced.
