Karnivool Announce 2025 Australian Tour, Road-Testing Their New Music

Hot on the heels of teasing fans with news of their long, long, long-awaited fourth studio album, Australian prog rock icons Karnivool have announced a massive Australian tour for 2025, with the aim of testing their new material live for their fans at home.

The girthy run, dubbed the Ad Complementum Tour (that’s Latin for ‘To Complement’ according to Google Translate), will see Ian Kenny & co hit 13 metro and regional dates across the length and breadth of the country this July, August and October, kicking off in Hobart before heading to the Gold Coast, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sydney, Canberra, Barwon Heads, Frankston, Melbourne, Adelaide and wrapping up in Perth.

“We can’t bloody wait to get out there and share what’s been brewing in the Karnivool riff pot”

“We can’t bloody wait to get out there and share what’s been brewing in the Karnivool riff pot, and show folks what they have to look forward to,” Kenny hypes.

This run of shows will be the first chance for Aussie fans to hear what the ‘Vool have been cooking behind closed doors for the past five months, and get an exclusive taste of the band’s next chapter before the rest of the world.
