The Amity Affliction Are Teasing Something New For Later This Week

Brissie four-piece The Amity Affliction look like they might be preparing to share new music later this week, after teasing something called “Shine On Young Love” in a series of very yellow posters which bear the date Thursday, 12th November — which is really really soon.

A photo (below) of Amity’s new posters has been posted to Facebook by the band themselves, along with the hashtag #shineonyounglove. A Shine On Young Love website address featured on the poster currently leads to a digital dead-end, but is expected to come to life once all is revealed later this week.

The Amity Affliction dropped their fourth studio album, Let The Ocean Take Me, in June 2014. Since then, they’ve split from guitarist Troy Brady and released a deluxe edition of Let The Ocean Take Me, featuring bonus tracks Skeletons (below) and Farewell.

Amity are heading out on a Big Ass Tour with their mates A Day To Remember, The Ghost Inside and Motionless In White this December, and if this Thursday’s unveiling of Shine On Young Love isn’t a hoax, they might just have new tunes to show off at their upcoming shows.

UPDATE 12/11/15: The Amity Affliction’s Shine On Young Love website is now live, and says the band will release a new single called Shine On tomorrow, Friday, 13th November. Stay tuned to Music Feeds to hear the track as soon as it drops.
