UPDATE: First Fat As Butter 2013 lineup announcement is here!
Fat As Butter organisers are gearing up for the first sleep-over in the brand’s history – the camping ticket ballot is officially open, and it closes just one day after the official lineup announcement on Tuesday 23rd July. That’s tomorrow, folks!
As of this moment, you can register to get your grubby mitts on some highly coveted camping passes for the festival, which will score you some sweet space to spend the night at Newcastle’s Shortlands Lawn.
Taking on a Hawaii-meets-Polynesian island soul vibe, the camping grounds will be a totally unique experience for Fat As Butter ticket holders. Falling smack bam in between the CBD, the beach and the festival grounds, the camping option is the perfect solution for those who want to party, and make a clean exit the following day. Trains, buses, taxis and just about any other form of transportation is readily available in the camping grounds surrounding areas.
Camping tickets for two people are $260 + bf, which includes two nights stay, and car park access tickets will be $20 + bf. The ballot will be open until Wednesday, 24th July at 9am AEST sharp, so there’s no time to lollygag. Making matters all the more pressing, we can expect the full lineup announcement to drop tomorrow, with general admission tickets hitting the market on Thursday, 25th July. Yep, it’s going to be a crazy week for FAB.
