Hear M.I.A.’s Massive New Skrillex Collab, ‘Go Off’

ICYMI: the M.I.A. and Skrillex collab we’ve all been waiting for has finally landed.

Dubbed Go Off, the track is an electro-banger laced with hip-hop beats, Indian-inspired samples and a bunch of other quintessentially Skrillexy synth sounds.

It’s been confirmed to feature on M.I.A.’s new album, AIM, which is due out on September 9th and will apparently also be her last.

“It’s my last record so I wanted it to be happy. There’s no complaints on it. [It’s] another side to me completely. I don’t know if people know [about] that,” the rapper said.

The news came as M.I.A was turfed from the US Afropunk festival because of her views on the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Her Skrill collab also comes packing a pretty left-of-centre music video.
