Radiohead To Record Follow Up To King of Limbs In December

Radiohead will go back in to the studio this December to record a follow-up to King of Limbs, which was only released in February, according to a Rolling Stone interview with Thom Yorke.

“We can get things together quite rapidly at the moment,” frontman Thom Yorke said, talking about a song called Come to Your Senses. “We have this version of it. It’s a five-minute rehearsal, but it has the essence of what we need.”

And as for other songs? “There are a few of those. It would be fun to have them ready when we go to play next year. I don’t know how we would release them,” he said. “It would be nice to make it all part of the flow and just enjoy it – not think about it too much.”

The band will go in to the studio at the end of the year before kicking off a tour next, which hopefully should include Australia. Rumours about them playing on the Big Day Out 2012 line-up appear to be wrong, but arena shows around February could still be a possibility.
