Royal Blood Announce 2017 Splendour In The Grass Sideshow

Written by Tom Williams on April 18, 2017

British rockers Royal Blood are heading back to Australia for Splendour In The Grass this July, and today they’ve locked in an exclusive one-off Aussie sideshow.

Mike Kerr (bass guitar/vocals) and Ben Thatcher (drums) will tear up Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Thursday, 20th July, at what will be their first Aussie headline show since 2014. Supporting the show will be Brisbane garage rockers Concrete Surfers, who released their debut EP No More last year.

Earlier this month, Royal Blood announced that their new album How Did We Get So Dark? will be released in June, ahead of their trip to Australia. The band have since shared the first single from the album, titled ‘Lights Out’. Watch the music video, below.
