Tributes Flow For Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington, Dead At 41

Tributes are flowing in from around the world after Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington was found dead at the age of 41.

Following news of the singer’s tragic passing, his longtime bandmate Mike Shinoda took to Twitter to say, “Shocked and heartbroken, but it’s true. An official statement will come out as soon as we have one.”

Linkin Park bassist Dave Farrell has also taken to Twitter to say, “Heartbroken.”

Tributes for Bennington are flowing in from in and around the music community, including acts like My Chemical Romance, Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden, Cypress Hill, Imagine Dragons and more. View a number of the tributes, below.

Korn guitarist Brian ‘Head’ Welch has also released a controversial statement in which he describes Bennington’s death as “the cowardly way out”.

Bennington played his last show with Linkin Park in Birmingham, England on 6th July.
