There’s a little over 24 hours to go now until the highly discussed Vans Warped Tour Australia line up is announced and the inevitable loose threads are being pulled, with more bands tacitly admitting their involvement in the festival.
For All Those Sleeping have teased a big tour announcement for tomorrow, and would be perfect additions to the event. Of course, this could mean anything in the world, but fans are claiming that the band have inboxed them confirmation of a Warped Australia appearance, and judging by promoter AJ Maddah’s reaction when people brought the news to his attention, it looks like a 100% confirm.
Alt-rockin Brits Kids In Glass Houses are yet to officially confirm any involvement in the Australian Warped tour but, again, they have a big announcement coming tomorrow and would also be a most welcome fit on a Warped lineup. We think it’s all too neatly packaged and agreeable to be a coincidence.
Organisers have managed to stay tight lipped until now, so it’s unlikely any more beans will be spilled from them on the home stretch. Keep those eyes peeled for more bands who happen to mention the cheeky big announcement for Wednesday, and prepare yourself for the full line up announcement tomorrow evening.
The Offspring: punk rock, skate punk. OK, so they were just here for Soundwave, but get ready to do it all over again.
