Watch Amy Shark Nail Her US Late-Night TV Debut

Aussie singer-songwriter Amy Shark just nailed her US late-night television debut with a performance of her hit single ‘Adore’ on James Corden’s The Late Late Show.

Since the performance, Shark has taken to social media to describe her time on The Late Late Show as “the greatest night of my life”.

“I used to get so excited watching my favourite artists and bands on late night American TV,” she tells Fairfax Media. “I can’t even comprehend that I just had my first American TV debut with James Corden.

“It’s the greatest day of my life. Honestly.”

It’s set to turbo-boost Sharkie’s US fanbase, which already consists of prodigal Blink-182 son Tom DeLonge, Girls creator/star Lena Dunham and, of course, Corden.

The performance was the cherry on top of the Aussie indie-pop legendette’s US tour, and comes a week before she returns to home turf for a swag of live performances, including spots on the lineup for Vanfest and Mountain Sounds and some fark-off huge arena shows supporting Sia later this month.
