As Lorde geared up to take the stage at Coachella, the NZ pop queen decided to play an intimate warm up show at which she debuted brand new music.
In Pioneertown in California, Lorde performed a mixture of her older stuff as well as some brand new tracks from her forthcoming album Melodrama which is due out Friday, 16th June.
As well as belting out newies ‘Liability‘ and ‘Green Light‘, she also debuted a brand new track called ‘Sober’, which was captured by a keen fan and uploaded online.
Lorde had announced the show on Twitter just hours before, selling tickets for $20 which sold out in just four minutes.
