Yoko Ono To Unveil Not-For-Profit John Lennon Educational Tour Bus

After a provocative message in support of US gun control on twitter Yoko Ono Lennon is expanding her educational endeavours as she prepares to launch the European incarnation of the not-for-profit John Lennon Educational Tour Bus on Wednesday 8th May at the Museum of Liverpool.

The bus itself is touted as a “state-of-the-art mobile audio and HD video recording and production facility,” which includes three full time engineers and a fully equipped multi-media studio. Its goal is to give youth free, hands-on opportunities to produce music, video, photo, game app and broadcast based projects. The bus has not only been made possible by donations of equipment and funds by Montblanc, Apple and Sony but also the long standing support of Yoko Ono Lennon herself.

When speaking with Music-News.com on the European launch Yoko Ono Lennon stated, “The educational bus is a huge success in the USA. But John would have been extra thrilled that it is now launching in Europe, starting in Liverpool, his home town.’
